Welcome to VigoLife healthcare services. In accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), we hereby inform you of the following matters. Please read them carefully.

The Company collects your personal data for the purpose of promoting health management-related activities. Specifically, the data is collected to verify your eligibility for participation, track your engagement during events, and notify winners of sweepstakes.

The personal data collected by the Company for business purposes includes, but is not limited to, your Chinese and English name, email address, group insurance policyholder company name, gender, year of birth, physical examination records, and activity participation history.
If you participate in a case follow-up health management program, additional personal data, such as medical records, medical treatment history, and health examination results, will also be collected. Data collection methods include registration forms, event participation applications, health data measurement devices, and responses to reward qualification questionnaires.
III. Duration, Scope, Recipients, and Methods of Data Utilization
Personal data will be retained from the time of event registration until six months after the conclusion of the campaign. It may be reasonably used in the regions where the Company provides services.
The Company uses your personal data to carry out business operations as stated in the purpose of collection, including necessary communication and notifications. If you participate in a case tracking health management activity, your data may also be shared with commissioned third-party medical institutions or healthcare professionals for health consultations, health education, and case management recommendations.
The Company may analyze aggregated service usage records for research and value-added applications to improve service quality. Individual case records will be de-identified and used solely as references for service enhancement.
IV. Provision of Personal Data
Providing personal data is voluntary; however, refusal to provide the necessary information may result in the inability to access relevant services. Please ensure that the data you provide is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. If your personal information changes, you should promptly request corrections via the designated contact channels. The Company is not liable for any damages or losses caused by erroneous, outdated, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.
V. Confidentiality of Personal Data
The Company is committed to protecting personal data. In the event of theft, leakage, alteration, or any other infringement due to natural disasters, accidents, or force majeure, the Company will notify you appropriately via phone, email, or website announcement following an investigation.

In accordance with Article 3 of the Act, you have the following rights concerning your personal data held by the Company:
