The Houston-Apollo Model team at NTU Hospital Yunlin Branch works together to take care of your health care.

The Houston-Apollo Model is a telemedicine team established by the Yunlin Branch of the National Taiwan University Hospital to provide sub-health care for disadvantaged people in rural areas. The Houston-Apollo Model combines an innovative medical service model with telemedicine technology and has won numerous domestic and international awards, including the 2020 "Best Sustainability Project Award – Hospital  " gold award, the National Quality Mark Certification, and in 2021, it won the second place in the "Healthy Aging Asia Innovation Award" awarded by the Health Care Policy Office of the Cabinet Secretariat of the Japanese Government, the National Innovation Award, and the 2023 Sustainability Action Award Silver Level. For every participation you make in the event, the organizer will give back to assist the Houston-Apollo Model team in supporting the disadvantaged in rural areas.

AIA Health Promotion 2025 Campaign Description

1. Eligibility: This campaign is open to AIA Life group insurance policyholders only. Different events have different quota limits. If the number of registrants exceeds the limit, the list will be confirmed by AIA Life and announced by the organizer.

4. According to the Income Tax Act of the Republic of China, if the winner is a Taiwanese citizen and the prize value exceeds NT$1,000 (inclusive), he/she must correctly fill out the tax return information or submit a copy of his/her ID card for tax return purposes, and the information will be included in the annual individual comprehensive income tax return in NT$. If the winner is not a citizen of the Republic of China (i.e., a citizen of the Republic of China, including mainland Chinese and foreigners, who has resided in the Republic of China for less than 183 days during the tax year in accordance with the law), a 20% chance of winning tax must be withheld in advance regardless of the value of the prize received by the winner, and the winner can only claim the prize after paying the tax.
